1. Definitions and Interpretation

Any attempt to circumvent this restriction through use of different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings across all duplicate accounts.

During registration, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension, denial of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

3.4 Account Security

You agree to notify 74jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach. 74jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the 74jl platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation;
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with 74jl services;
• Colluding with other users or engaging in any form of coordinated betting or gaming activity designed to gain unfair advantage;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment reversals, or providing false payment information;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location or circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 74jl staff members;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any 74jl software or systems.

4.2 Consequences of Violation

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action. 74jl reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

74jl accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, major Philippine banks, credit and debit cards, and other payment processors as displayed on our platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your account immediately. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and your financial institution. 74jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

74jl endeavors to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours following approval. However, actual receipt of funds may take additional time depending on your chosen withdrawal method and financial institution. E-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) typically receive funds within 24 hours, while bank transfers may take 3-5 business days.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

Deposits and bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. These requirements will be clearly stated at the time of deposit or bonus acceptance. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting applicable wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.6 Transaction Fees

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱100 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱3,000 in total wagers. Wagering contribution varies by game type and will be specified in bonus terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or any attempt to manipulate promotional offers, is strictly prohibited. 74jl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Any user found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may face permanent account closure.

7.4 Modification and Cancellation

74jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, users who have already opted into the promotion will be permitted to complete the wagering requirements under the original terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, text, images, and other materials displayed on the 74jl platform are the exclusive property of 74jl or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The "74jl" name, logo, and all associated branding are registered trademarks.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 74jl platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our platform without express written permission from 74jl. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 74jl platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 74jl disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 74jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Third-Party Services

74jl is not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other external services integrated into our platform. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account (after completion of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 Termination by 74jl

74jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a security risk, or for any other legitimate reason. In cases of termination for cause, 74jl may withhold any funds in your account if such funds are connected to the violation.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 74jl reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee on dormant accounts holding a balance. You will be notified via email before any inactivity fees are applied.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 74jl services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Failure to raise a dispute within this timeframe shall constitute a waiver of your right to challenge the matter.

12. Changes to Terms

74jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of 74jl services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
